We invite you to join us for an exquisite, meticulously curated high-end dining and whiskey tasting experience. Each of our four chef-driven courses has been custom-crafted to perfectly complement and elevate a distinct premium spirit, featuring exceptional selections from 2XO and Kentucky Owl.
We are pleased to welcome Paul Skudlarek from 2XO, who will share insights on their product line during the dinner.

COURSE 1 – APPETIZER
Dish: Prosciutto Crostini with Fondue Provolone del Monaco
Pairing: 2XO American Oak
COURSE 2 – SALAD
Dish: Grilled Peach & Arugula Salad
Features: Grilled peaches, baby arugula, candied walnuts, goat cheese, bourbon-cinnamon vinaigrette, and a balsamic reduction.

COURSE 3 – MAIN COURSE
Dish: Coffee-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin
Features: Coffee-crusted beef tenderloin, garlic mashed potatoes, bourbon peppercorn sauce, bourbon-glazed carrots, and roasted shallots.

COURSE 4 – DESSERT
Dish: Bourbon Bread Pudding
