🗓️ Sun, November 1, 2026
⏰ 2-2:30pm
📍Headquarters Library

We’re handling our own admin so please read the fine print:
**RSVP: It's Important!**
To make sure this viewing stays exclusive and comfortable for our group, we're managing the RSVPs ourselves. This means it's super easy for you!
Please simply **REPLY HERE** to let us know how many people will be in your party. I'll keep a running tally so we don't exceed our cozy limit!
**Finding Your Way & Parking**
You can park in the main library's lot. Just a heads-up: it’s a bit of a stroll through the library to get to the Planetarium. Plan for about 10-15 minutes from the parking lot to the Planetarium. Once inside the library, you'll walk past the circulation desk (don't worry, it's pretty straightforward!), then follow the left wall past the teen area. You'll turn left towards the back to enter the Maker’s Lab area. From there, you can either hop on the elevator or take the stairs down to the Planetarium. It's a little adventure before the show!
**Space & Comfort**
We're intentionally limiting our group to just **65 viewers** per show. This way, everyone has plenty of space to spread out, relax, and truly enjoy the experience without feeling crowded.
**A Quick Note on Timing**
We kindly ask everyone to arrive on time. Because the show can get quite dark during certain scenes, they unfortunately can't allow anyone to enter once the doors have closed. We wouldn't want you to miss a moment!
**Showtime Details**
The main show itself is less than 30 minutes long. We've asked them to skip the usual "Star Talk" that precedes the show, so we can get right into the "Mysteries Of Your Brain"!
**Making It Comfortable for Everyone: Hearing Impairment/Cochlear Implants**
If you’d like to use an amplifier, the Planetarium team would love to meet with you in advance to test it out. This ensures everything works perfectly for you during the show.
**Sound Sensitivity**
We've specifically requested a reduction in the volume so it’s not too loud or overwhelming. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own headphones. They also have a few pairs (for both kids and adults) that they can lend out if you happen to forget yours.
**Explore the Library!**
The library is open from 1 PM to 5 PM on Sundays, so you're absolutely welcome to arrive a bit early or stay after our show to explore everything the library has to offer!
**Want a Sneak Peek?**

We can't wait to share this incredible experience with all of you! Let me know (here) if you have any ❓questions❓.
