Join Redditch Round Table and the family clubs for our Walk for Wellness – a relaxed, friendly community walk designed to get people moving, talking, and feeling better ??? Meeting Point: Outside Arrow Valley Lake Boathouse Café
? Time: 9:00am start
? When: Selected Sundays (monthly to begin with)
?♂️ Distance: Approx. 3 miles (2 laps of the lake)
⏱️ Duration: 45–75 minutes
This is not a fitness class—just a laid-back walk at a social pace. Whether you're looking to get active, clear your head, or meet new people, this is for you.
? Your walk leader will be there to welcome you (usually in a red hoodie or polo) and guide the group.
What to bring:
Comfortable / appropriate footwear
A drink (or grab one from the café ☕)
Open to all ages and abilities—feel free to bring friends, family, or just yourself!
