Ongoing uncertainty can make everyday life feel heavier and push self-care and emotional regulation to the margins.
Yet caring for ourselves is essential to staying regulated and whole. It protects our capacity to cope, to connect with others, and to keep moving forward with integrity.

ATTENDEES WILL BE able to choose from a variety of sessions, each with about 10 people to share the time with if you choose a group activity. Each hour will also include options for Gentle Yoga / Massage / Sound Healing / Reiki / Breathwork. and Accupuncture.
Your choices are to experience hour-long sessions led by expert professionals in the following modalities:
- EXPRESSIVE MODALITIES: Explore ways to calm and support your nervous system through art therapy or expressive mandala work.
- MEDITATION MODALITIES: Choose between guided presence in walking meditation or more formal instruction using the gongs as guides.
- PSYCH-ED MODALITIES: Learn to create a sacred circle to build your own supportive community or engage in learning the psychology of belonging and addressing the nervous system.
- WRITING MODALITIES: Explore the stories of your life with intention and care in a guided writing experience or learn more about attachment healing through flow writing.
