Overview:
Please join the Seattle Indigenous community, ACO and the Inaugural Tribal Liaison to the Chancellor in our second-annual Orange Shirt Day of Remembrance. This day acknowledges the survivors [as well as] the history of Native Boarding Schools and Residential Schools, to bring awareness for education and healing.
There will be guest speakers, food, song presentations and traditional medicines from our local Seattle Indigenous Community members.
