Lights Across the Prairie is a World AIDS Day Celebration! Let's break down stigma, remember those we lost, and fight for HIV care in ND! There will be Live music, Desserts, Speakers, a panel of those living with HIV sharing their stories, and a Silent Auction to help raise funds!Over the past year, Shine Bright & Live has grown from providing direct assistance to 23 people living with HIV to 98 people so far this year, helping with education and vocational assistance, groceries, gas, rental assistance and other immediate needs. We've held more than 17 public speaking and education engagements, continued building community for people who have too often felt isolated, and launched an in-person HIV support group in Bismarck.
We are hearing something we haven't heard enough in our HIV community for a long time: HOPE.
Now, we're inviting you to help us keep that momentum going at our 2nd Annual Lights Across the Prairie, World AIDS Day Event!
