Grab your clubs and join the Institute for Disability Studies (IDS) for a great day of golf for an even greater purpose! Our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament presented by Landry Kitchens Germany Architects, P.A. will be held Friday, October 23, 2026, at Shadow Ridge Golf Club in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, with registration beginning at 8:00 a.m. and a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start.
The tournament is held in 4-man scramble format across 18 holes with plenty of fun along the way, including longest drive and closest to the pin on-course contests. Registration is $450 per team or $125 per individual, which includes lunch, non-alcoholic beverages, swag bag, and cart.
But this tournament is about much more than golf. For 50 years, IDS has worked to support Mississippians with disabilities, their families, and the communities around them across the lifespan. As a fully grant-funded 501(c)(3) division of The University of Southern Mississippi, support from events like this helps us extend that work even further.
Proceeds from this tournament all IDS to expand access to education and employment, provide assistive technology and resources, support independent living, and strengthen inclusive communities across Mississippi.
Whether you’re putting together a foursome or registering individually, we’d love to have you on the course with us.
