About this Event
Join us for the 2nd Annual Hoops & Haunts Halloween Carnival Fundraiser, supporting the South Park High School Boys Basketball Program! This family‑friendly Halloween event features 11 carnival games, three activity stations, photo experiences, raffles, prizes, and basketball challenges run by our SPHS players.
Come dressed in your favorite costume, enjoy spooky fun, and help us raise funds for team equipment, uniforms, travel, and program needs. It’s the perfect way to celebrate Halloween with the community!
🎟️ Admission
🎫 Early Admission (Online): $20 = $40 in Eagle Tokens
🎫 Door Admission: $25 = $35 in Eagle Tokens
💵 Additional Eagle Tokens available at the event:
- $5 → $10 Eagle Tokens
- $10 → $20 Eagle Tokens
- $20 → $40 Eagle Tokens
💵 How Eagle Tokens Work
Eagle Tokens are the official game currency for Hoops & Haunts. Every admission includes a set amount of Eagle Tokens, and guests can purchase more at the event.
Eagle Tokens cannot be refunded, exchanged, used for food vendors or raffles.
🎟️ How Prizes Work
When guests play games, they earn tickets based on performance and tickets can be redeemed at the Prize Table.
Refund Disclaimer:
Refunds are allowed per Eventbrite’s published policy; however, all refunds issued by the SPHS Boys Basketball Booster Club will be partial only. Refunds do not include Eventbrite processing fees, Eagle Token value, or any portion of funds already allocated to event expenses.
Refund amounts are based on the net revenue received after Eventbrite fees:
- Standard refunds are $5.57.
- In special circumstances, refunds may be issued up to $8.45, reviewed case‑by‑case.
