Please make sure and read all the posts that I will be making on this event page between now and Dec 19th for all the latest info and updates!!
1st stop to pick up Jeepers who are outside of Statesville:
- Meet up Time: 3:30pm
- Meet Up Location: Conover Walmart - 201 Zelkova Ct NW, Conover, NC
- Roll Out Time: 3:45pm
2nd stop to pick up Jeepers in Statesville:
- Meet Up Time: 4:15pm
- Meet Up Location: Love's Gas Station - 229 Mocksville Hwy, Statesville
- Roll Out Time: 4:30-4:40pm
We will travel to Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem...make our debut with lighted and decorated Jeeps for the kids, staff and patients to see from the hospital windows...then we will pull in to the parking lot, back our Jeeps in lined up, keeping our Christmas lights on while we unload all of the toys in to the big rolling carts that will be provided by the hospital.
After the delivery of the toys those who want to join, we will be eating at Bad Daddy's Burgers on Hanes Mall Blvd, in Winston-Salem before traveling back to Statesville.
I will be making a separate post on the event page reference dinner so you can respond if you are going or not because I will be doing a reservation or call ahead seating for us.
If you want to ask on your personal pages for toy donation, gift card donations, cash to buy toys, etc...I will be making a flyer for you to download and share. We will also have a raffle/fundraiser at our Jeep night in November and you don't want to miss that!! (Event page coming soon for that as well)
