The cold season is a wonderful (and easier) time to grow all sorts of nutritious goodness for you and your family, including salad greens, edible flowers, broccoli, cauliflower, and much more...all of which can be found at Tominelle Farms 2nd Annual Autumn Plant Buffet & Open House!
The event takes place on Saturday, October 10th at Tominelle Farms, 2458 Miami Ave, Kingman.
10AM to 2PM
Admission is free! (A ticket is required to take advantage of the plant buffet)
● PLANT BUFFET
Tominelle Farms is bringing back an all-you-can-take plant buffet with our garden vegetable and herb plants.The plant buffet will also include perennials, cactuses, and now seeds!
Yep, you read that right: not only will a plant buffet ticket give you access to all the cool-weather veggies, herbs, and flowers that you can grab, but it will also include plants like Chilean Mesquite trees in two-gallon pots, mature cactuses, Joshua Trees, and more!
And now, seeds will be included as part of the plant buffet!
One $50 plant buffet ticket buys you a tray and the opportunity to load it up with any of our autumn garden plants, along with any other eligible plants!
When your tray is loaded up, just empty it out somewhere and get back in line to fill it up again, until the plants run out!
Approximately 800 plants will be available in the buffet, just in time for your cool-weather garden!
Don't need a whole buffet's worth of plants? No worries, because our veggie plants will also be available a'la carte for $3/each, or eight for $20. The large perennials will also be available for $25 each, or two for $40.
● HOUSEPLANT SALE
Our friends at Tranquilo Farms will also be there selling their beautiful houseplants! Come check out their wide variety of gorgeous and healthy indoor botanicals!
● PUMPKIN PATCH
Our front yard pumpkin patch will be open to anyone wishing to take photos, or to even pick their own pumpkins (subject to availability).
● AUTUMN REFRESHMENTS
As usual, our Open House wouldn't be complete without delicious farm-to-table goodies, featuring some of our homegrown ingredients!
