Real Living Wage at 25 - Celebrating & Shaping the next 25 Years in Greater Manchester
Join employers, policymakers and community leaders at The Dome, Manchester, this Living Wage Week as we celebrate 25 years of the Real Living Wage movement and look ahead to the future of fair pay and good work.
Since 2001, the Living Wage movement has grown to more than 16,500 accredited employers across the UK, delivering over £4 billion in additional pay to low-paid workers. Greater Manchester has played a vital role in this, securing more than 850 accredited Living Wage employers and securing payrises for more than 26,000 workers.
Hear from Mayor of Greater Manchester Bev Craig and other regional leaders, celebrate the employers who have helped shape the movement, discover more ways to get the most from your accreditation, learn more about Living Hours and Living Pension standards, and connect with organisations committed to fair pay and good work.
Whether you're already accredited, considering accreditation, or simply interested in creating better jobs and stronger communities in our City Region, we'd love you to join us. Refreshments will be provided.
