This year is a special year; it marks the 21st Annual Festival of Trees in Edson. The event is a silent auction of donated holiday creations and gift items from individuals and businesses. The Festival has been met with many successes and has grown into the largest fund-raiser for the Edson Cultural Heritage Organization which operates the Red Brick Arts Centre and Museum. The Red Brick has become Edson’s cultural cornerstone, celebrating over 100 years of supporting education, arts, and culture in the region. Funds raised will help to continue the legacy of the Red Brick. We are continuing to host our auction online. While we will still be open for in-person viewing, all official bidding will be done over our private Facebook group. The link to this group can be found using the QR code located on the cover photo or by following the link.
All items that are generously donated and decorated by companies or individuals will be displayed at the Red Brick Arts Centre and Museum from November 9 to 18. Advertising will be placed online, in local newspapers and local radio stations.
In order for the Festival to be a joyous event for Edson and surrounding area residents AND a successful fund-raiser, we would appreciate your entry commitment. Your contribution will help create an opportunity for the public to walk through a winter wonderland full of trimmed trees, wreathes, gingerbread houses, and other seasonal delights.
We hope you will be a participant in the 21st Annual Festival of Trees.
