Are you ready for another fun night of comedy at the Grog to benefit a great local cause? We are ready to entertain you! Our comedians perform all over New England and will bring the laughter to what is fast becoming a regularly sold out show every month. This one will benefit Turning Point of Newburyport, a great local organization. Your comedians for the evening are:
Host, Mark Moccia. Mark will be your host for the evening. Mark is a full time Technology guy who has a passion for giving back to charity and is a lifelong fan of standup comedy. He started performing comedy in 2019 and has performed all over New England including at Comix Mohegan Sun. Mark has recently shifted mostly into producing charity comedy shows to benefit local communities.
Headliner, Steve Bjork. He’s come a long way from the nights of frying up mozzarella sticks in the back room of an obscure comedy club in the Boston suburbs. He was a college student, using that part-time job to study the craft of stand-up comedy by catching glimpses of the performers on stage. Today, Steve Bjork is a polished veteran of the highly competitive Boston comedy scene with crisscrossing tours of the country under his belt. His material is intelligent; sometimes absurd, and always accessible, but first and foremost it is funny. What truly sets him apart from the teeming crowd of today’s comedians is that you never have to ask Bjork to work ‘clean.’
Featuring:
Chris Camer'n. Chris is a Massachusetts based comedian who performs all over New England on a regular basis.
Pat Collins. Pat is a regular on the New England comedy scene. He also appeared at The Comedy Studio, CBS Comedy Scene and The Comedy Connection RI. He plays at Comedy Nights, Private Parties and Fundraisers all over New England. He has starred in a series of very funny television commercials for NASCAR and New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
Stephan Francesone. Stephan is an aspiring New England comedian who runs a monthly show in Newmarket, NH. Professional by day and oddity by night, he has more layers than an ogre.
Kristy Kielbasinski. Kristy Kielbasinski is a Boston based stand-up comedian and author. She draws inspiration from her life as a stay-at-home mom and housewife. Her children’s book "I Don’t Know" blends her comedy and love of reading. When Kristy is not making jokes, she can be found at the bus stop telling her kids to tie their shoes.
