Women Shaping the Future: Advocacy, Action, Accountability
The Montgomery County Commission for Women, in partnership with our many co-sponsoring organizations, invites you to support the 2027 Women’s Legislative Briefing (WLB).
Now in its 47th year, the WLB continues its mission of informing Maryland residents about key legislative proposals at the local, state, and national levels—particularly those that impact women, girls, and families.
Your sponsorship helps make this important civic engagement event possible and strengthens our collective voice in advocating for equity and opportunity.
Priority Sponsorship Deadline is December 31, 2026.
The 2027 Women's Legislative Briefing will be at The Universities at Shady Grove.
2027 Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities:
Platinum Sponsorship: $10,000
- Name and logo on all event publicity leading up to the event.
- Company video (up to 2 minutes) shared during the opening plenary session (video to be provided by sponsor).
- Name and logo prominently featured at the beginning of the conference.
- Complimentary attendance for 10 members to attend the WLB conference.
- Complimentary attendance for 2 of those members to attend the pre-conference Chair’s Networking Reception.
- Complimentary exhibit table with prominent placement during the event.
Diamond Sponsorship: $7,000
- Name and logo on all event publicity leading up to the event.
- Company video (up to 1.5 minutes) shared during the opening plenary session. (video to be provided by sponsor)
- Name and logo prominently featured at the beginning of the conference.
- Complimentary attendance for 8 members to attend the WLB conference.

Chair's Networking Reception
The Chair’s Networking Reception will be held the morning of the Women’s Legislative Briefing. This invite-only event provides leadership from sponsoring organizations with the opportunity to connect and network. The Chair of the Commission for Women will share reception details, including time and location, directly with invitees.
Exhibitor Tables
A limited number of Exhibitor Tables will be available and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage early sponsorship registration to secure your spot. The priority sponsorship deadline is December 31, 2026. We cannot guarantee an exhibit table after this date.
