About this Event
For a quarter-century, the Bay Path University Women’s Leadership Conference has been bringing women together to talk to each other, learn from each other, and connect with each other. We’ve known the future is female—since 1995. While the WLC aims to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to navigate an increasingly complex career map (the average American will change jobs 12 times throughout their working life), the lessons learned there transcend the office. Every year, when the day of focus sessions and keynote speakers concludes, attendees exit with a palpable sense of pride and an air of purpose.
Over the years, we’ve brought global leaders, best-selling authors, and award-winning performers to the WLC stage to share insight and inspiration with a diverse group of women like you. Each year, the Women’s Leadership Conference is designed to provoke thought and encourage exploration of issues that inhibit women’s financial, professional, and personal growth. The WLC aims to instill confidence, provoke questioning and inspire women to be powerful agents of their careers—and lives.
Come, spend the day with your team, colleagues, or friends and leave with tips, tools, and inspiration to ignite what's next for you!
