Menstrual Hygiene ImPack Engagement
In the spirit of Women United's advocacy for financial security for women, we're hosting a Menstrual Hygiene ImPack. When individuals in Dane County don’t have access to menstrual hygiene products, they are more likely to miss work or school – making it harder for them to succeed in life. Pads and tampons aren't covered by food and nutrition assistance programs, and these items are rarely donated but always needed. At Women United, we believe a period shouldn't stand in the way of someone participating in school, work, life and community. ImPack kits assembled at our 2027 Women United New Year Social will be distributed to Madison College and our partnering nonprofits.

Women United is a network of more than 1,200 women across Dane County who are driven, generous and deeply committed to uplifting others. With a mission to help more women and their families find pathways toward financial security, we pride ourselves on being a safe space for women to come together to amplify our collective impact. Women United is a place where you can be bold, vulnerable and, most importantly, yourself!
What We Do
Through gifts of $1,000 or more annually, Women United members invest in a community where more women can succeed and reach their potential. Through our collective investment, we empower United Way to create real change for women and their families through the Financial Security pillar of the Plan for Community Well-Being. And our personal and professional development events provide thoughtful time and space for members to set and achieve goals while building a supportive network of women who care about our community.

You can still be involved with Women United by filling out our membership form and giving an annual gift that feels right for you– because we believe every gift matters and every woman belongs! You will still receive regular newsletters and invitations to our events.
