Join us for the 2027 U.S. Barista Championships from Thursday, November 19 to Saturday, November 21 in San Diego as competitors compete for the opportunity to earn their place at the 2027 U.S. Barista National Championships.
For the qualifier, competitors will be required to prepare an espresso and signature beverage, showcasing their skills, creativity, and approach to coffee.

The mandatory competitor meeting will take place on Thursday, November 19, one day before the competition begins.

Important Judge Information:
A mandatory Judges Calibration will take place on Thursday, November 19 one day before the competition begins. Judges are expected to be available all days of competition.
The competition is open to the public, offering coffee professionals, enthusiasts, and supporters the opportunity to experience the championship atmosphere up close. It’s a chance to discover new ideas and techniques, connect with members of the specialty coffee community, and support competitors as they take the next step in their championship journey.

Competitor Ticket Policy: All competitor ticket purchases are final. Competitor tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your registration, as refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will not be issued.
Competition Changes & Cancellation: The U.S. Coffee Championships & RoasTronix reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any competition, event, or related activity at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in dates, locations, schedules, formats, or participation requirements.
