2027 Living Well Meetup Series
January 16 — Know Your Body
Understanding hormonal changes, menopause, sleep, sexual health, bone health and heart health.
Knowledge is power.
March 20 — Nourish Your Life
Nutrition, movement, strength, energy and building habits that fit the life you love.
Small choices. Big impact.
May 15 — The Weight We Carry
Mental health, stress, anxiety, boundaries, relationships and asking for help.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
July 17 — Living Well for the Long Haul
Preventative care, healthy aging, brain health, purpose, joy and creating your wellness vision.

Founding Series Pass pricing is $129 through December 31, 2026.
Beginning January 1, 2027, the Series Pass price increases to $149.
Individual Meetup — $45
Prefer to attend one or two gatherings?
Individual meetup admission is available for $45 per event, allowing you to choose the conversations that fit your season.
