OCA FORWARD 2027 brings Oklahoma chiropractors together for two days of practical education, clinical insight, and real-world application designed to support doctors at every stage of practice.
Saturday explores the evolving world of peptide science and chiropractic, with Dr. Thomas Szalay providing an introduction to peptide physiology, patient selection, safety considerations, coordinated care, documentation, and practical implementation in the chiropractic office.
Sunday shifts the focus to Chiropractic in Practice: Techniques & Real-World Experience, featuring Dr. R. Scott Farley, Dr. Mike Spears, Dr. Jennifer Logsdon, and Dr. Jason LoVette. The day combines chiropractic technique, patient communication, clinical decision-making, documentation, risk management, and an interactive professional forum built around the situations chiropractors encounter every day.

Chiropractic principles of health and regulation, cellular communication, peptide physiology, major peptide categories, current research, safety, and regulatory considerations.
10:15–10:30 AM — Break
10:30 AM–12:00 PM — Peptides & the Chiropractic Patient
Clinical applications, recovery and tissue support, metabolic and wellness considerations, patient selection, contraindications, precautions, red flags, and appropriate referral or collaborative care.
12:00–1:00 PM — Lunch
1:00–2:15 PM — Clinical Implementation
Patient evaluation, screening, dosing concepts, monitoring, documentation, informed consent, scope-of-practice considerations, and coordination with other healthcare professionals.
2:15–2:30 PM — Break
2:30–4:00 PM — Building the Peptide-Ready Chiropractic Practice
Patient education, workflow, documentation systems, outcome tracking, technology, automation, and responsible practice integration.
