Registration Instructions:
NOTE: PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AS WE HAVE ADDED NEW TICKETS THIS YEAR!
We are excited to offer 2 options for Pre-Con day this year! If you wish to attend the pre-con and 2 days of the conference, you will select the conference ticket that lists the pre-conference that you would like to attend. The pre-conference is sponsored by the SERHCC with a paid conference ticket.
If you want to attend the I/C Update pre-conference only, there is a charge, which is listed on the ticket.
There are currently no CEU's available for the K9 course, but you will receive a certificate showing course completion from UT College of Vetrinary Medicine.
I/C update will provide 8 CEU's.
If you are purchasing tickets for someone other than yourself, please be sure to include the attendees name in the attendee section. We check attendance and do certificates based on the roster.

MEALS
Breakfast and lunch will be provided for the conference attendees daily. This will include the pre-conference.
Refunds
SEEMSDA has endeavored to keep the cost of the conference as low as possible. Because of this, we cannot give refunds to registrants that do not show up for the SEEMSDA Conference.
Benevolence Fund
SEEMSDA is commited to helping our own in the event they may fall on hard times. We have a Benevolence Fund that is set up for these issues. Someone can submit a request if there is someone they know in EMS in need of assistance. We assisted many EMS providers in previous years and gave out several thousand dollars. All of this money is raised with ticket sales on donated items at the annual conference. We would like for you to consider making a donation of an item for that event. If you do make a donation, you will be asked later in the check boxes if you will be making a donation of money or an item and you would choose YES or NO. If you wish to donate an item, please list the item when it asks for that information.
Raffle tickets for these items will be available for purchase at the conference. Cash or Card accepted.
