Santa Rosa Tattoos & Blues is a multi-day cultural destination event celebrating tattoo artistry and the creative community that has shaped Santa Rosa for more than three decades.
Founded in 1992 by pioneering tattoo artist Bert Rodriguez, the event grew from the legacy of Santa Rosa Tattoo, a Santa Rosa institution established in 1978. Bert helped shape Northern California tattoo culture, championing tattooing as an art form grounded in craftsmanship, storytelling, identity, and community.
For more than 35 years, Tattoos & Blues has brought together artists, collectors, musicians, and visitors from across California, the U.S., and internationally.
