🚌 WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4
5:30 PM ET – Depart Lexington
7:00 PM ET – Depart Somerset
We will travel overnight to Florida with stops for restroom and food breaks.
We will sleep on the bus Wednesday night.
☀️ THURSDAY, AUGUST 5
Before arriving in Panama City Beach, we will make a stop at a truck stop to freshen up.
Once we arrive, we will stop at the Hyatt Place Panama City Beach/Beachfront to drop off our luggage.
Then you're free to start enjoying the beach! 🌊☀️
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM CT. You may return to the hotel on your own anytime after 4:00 PM to check in and retrieve your luggage from the concierge.
Please be prepared to provide a photo ID and credit/debit card at check-in for incidentals. The hotel may place a temporary hold on your card.
🏖️ FRIDAY, AUGUST 6
Enjoy another full day in Panama City Beach!
Continental breakfast is available at the hotel.
The entire day is yours to spend however you'd like — beach, shopping, restaurants, attractions or simply relaxing! ☀️🌴
🌊 SATURDAY, AUGUST 7
Enjoy your THIRD day in Panama City Beach!
Continental breakfast is available at the hotel.
Hotel checkout is by 11:00 AM CT. The hotel can hold your luggage with the concierge after checkout.
You will have the remainder of the day to continue exploring Panama City Beach.
🚌 8:00 PM CT – Meet the bus back at the hotel. Retrieve your luggage from the concierge and load the bus for our trip home.
We will travel overnight Saturday night.
🏠 SUNDAY, AUGUST 8
Arrive back in Somerset and Lexington.

⚠️ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The $100 deposit per person is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you need to cancel before the 30-day cutoff, a refund of payments made beyond your deposit will only be provided if we are able to resell your seat.
Beginning 30 days before departure, all payments become non-refundable.
Our hotel requires us to release unused rooms 30 days before the trip. After that deadline, it can be very difficult to resell a canceled seat because additional hotel rooms may no longer be available.
