Wilmington, are you ready?The Novant Health Wilmington Marathon is back on Saturday, February 27, 2027, bringing one of the biggest and most exciting race weekends in the region back to Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington. This race is known for its fast, flat, point-to-point course that starts at Johnny Mercer Pier in Wrightsville Beach and finishes at Live Oak Bank Pavilion on the downtown riverfront. It is scenic, high-energy, and set up for runners who want an unforgettable day and a real shot at running fast.
