MONTANA WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
INVESTING IN WHAT’S NEXT FOR MONTANA WOMEN
The highly popular Montana Women’s Leadership Conference returns for another full day of inspiration, learning, connection and leadership.
Conference programming will feature speakers and sessions with goals to:
LEAD • GROW • LIVE • THRIVE • CONNECT
This year's theme:
HER LIFE. HER LEADERSHIP. HER WAY.
Wherever you are. Whatever’s next.
Because leadership doesn't look the same for every woman—and neither does success, life or what comes next.
The expanded 2027 conference will also feature the MWLC Marketplace, connecting attendees with women-owned businesses, community organizations, professional resources and services.
Whether you're growing your career, leading an organization, building a business, serving your community, navigating change, or simply wondering what’s next, this conference is for you.
A LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE FOR ALL WOMEN.
