Why this format works

Most expos put you in a hall of 200+ booths. Attendees can't visit everyone - most stalls get walked past. We cap this event at 65 stall spaces in one room. Every attendee walks past every stall. That's not a promise, it's the floor plan.

The right-sized expo means better visibility, better conversations, and more value for every exhibitor. Not too big. Not too small.

What your stall includes

  • Trestle table and two chairs - set up for you by venue staff. Bring your banners and materials, we handle the rest
  • Provider hour: the floor to yourselves before doors open. Meet the other businesses in the room
  • Listing by service category on our welcome board
  • Free on-site parking for your team
  • Setup pack on purchase, a personal call from our team, and a full brief the week before
  • Post-event report: attendance and audience mix

All prices GST inclusive. No fees on top - the price you see is the price you pay. Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major cards accepted.

Most disability and community expos in Australia charge $1,500–$6,000+ for a stall. We keep ours accessible because full rooms work better for everyone.

Accessibility

Bunjil Place offers accessible parking on Patrick Northeast Drive, a 5-minute drop-off zone, step-free ramp entry, accessible adult change facilities, Braille signage, hearing assistance and a dedicated Quiet Space. Cafe on site 10 AM – 4 PM.

After you purchase

Our team will call you personally to confirm your details, answer questions and help with any add-ons. Questions before then? Call or email us - details below.

Please note: attendance and promotion at this event is for registered stallholders and partners only. Distributing marketing material without purchasing a stall on this page is not permitted.

**Please note that unsolicited handing out of flyers is strictly prohibited. The expo will be a controlled environment for NDIS Providers and Participants alike. As we screen each provider through the registration, ticket purchase, and by providing their information, each provider must have a table allocated to them to be able to promote their services. Anyone unregistered caught doing so will be asked to leave the premises.
