Do you know a high school student who is ready to grow, be inspired and discover the kind of leader they can become?The annual Leaders of Tomorrow Summit, presented by Leadership Tuscarawas, brings together high school students from across our area for a day of inspiration, personal growth, connection and leadership.
Students will hear from some of the incredible professionals and community leaders making a difference right here in our area. Through TED-style talks, interactive workshops and panel discussions, they'll hear real stories, real-life lessons and advice they can carry with them long after the Summit is over.
Whether it's a tip, a life lesson or something a presenter wishes someone had told them when they were a teenager, the goal is simple: give our young people encouragement, perspective and tools to help them navigate what's ahead.
🎓 HOW CAN MY STUDENT ATTEND?
Participation in the Leaders of Tomorrow Summit is coordinated through each student's home high school.
If you're a parent or guardian of an area high school student who would benefit from this experience, we encourage you to talk with your student about attending!
➡️ Students should reach out to their school's guidance counselor to let them know they're interested in participating in the 2027 Leaders of Tomorrow Summit.
Parents are also encouraged to contact their child's school or guidance office to ask about participation.

✨ WHAT WILL STUDENTS EXPERIENCE?
The 2027 Summit will feature:
🎤 TED-Style Talks: Area leaders sharing personal stories, lessons, challenges and the things they wish they had known when they were younger.
💬 Small-Group Workshops: Interactive opportunities centered around students' personal growth, goals and future.
👥 Panel Discussions: New for 2027! Students will hear different perspectives from area leaders on topics that matter as they prepare for life beyond high school.
Panel topics may include:
• Serving on a Non-Profit Board
• Different Paths to Success
• Career Planning
• Mental Health & Resilience
• Balancing School, Work & Life
• And more!
WHY LEADERS OF TOMORROW?
Every year, the Leaders of Tomorrow Summit inspires hundreds of area students through meaningful leadership talks and personal growth experiences.
Leadership isn't just about being the class president, team captain or the loudest person in the room. Leadership can look different for every student.
Sometimes all it takes is hearing the right story, meeting the right mentor or receiving the right piece of advice to help a young person see what's possible for their future.
That's what this day is all about.
