All exhibitors participating in the Flourish Family Homeschool Conference must be approved by the Georgia Black Home Educators Network (GBHEN) Board. Approval is required before registration to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and family-centered focus of the conference.

An Exhibitor Ticket includes:

• One (1) 6-foot exhibitor table
• Two (2) adult attendee tickets
• Two (2) Lunches for each day
• Children/teen programming ticket (upon REQUEST).

Exhibitors receiving FREE exhibitor tables through the EduPreneur Scholarship Program WILL share their exhibitor space with another individual, business, or organization. These scholarship tables are reserved exclusively for the awarded EduPreneur.

GBHEN reserves the right to modify, deny, or revoke exhibitor participation at any time if policies are not upheld.

Without our generous sponsors and supportive exhibitors, the Flourish Homeschool Conference would not be affordable to the community. Families can gain insight and encouragement from a network of home educators.

We seek mission-aligned organizations able to prioritize underserved and under-resourced families with a heart that reflects God's love for all people and respects the parental right to led their child's education.
