About this Event
Walk in with goals. Walk out with your 2027 business plan finished.
The 2027 Business Planning Clinic is a full working day with KW MAPS Coach Amber Rutherford. You won't just be taking notes. You'll build your plan in the room, using the proven models and systems of top-producing agents from the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (MREA), and you'll leave with it done.
What you'll work through
- Your 2027 goals, built backward from the income your life actually requires
- The MREA models for your business, and how they fit together
- Your numbers, including what counts as a cost of sale versus an operating expense, so you know what you'll actually net
- The mindset and habits that turn a plan on paper into a plan you follow
Every year, agents tell Amber this is the first time all the planning tools finally connect. That's the goal for your day.
Who it's for
Agents at any stage and any brokerage who want to start 2027 with a clear plan instead of figuring it out in January.
