About This Workshop
Most business owners go into a new year with a revenue number they like and no real plan for what will be different. This workshop is where that changes. You'll spend a full day away from the daily noise of your business, working through Denver Business Coach's Planning Pyramid with a small group of fellow owners and a DBC advisor guiding every step.
This is a working session. You won't be taking notes on a framework to apply later. By 5:00 PM you'll have built your 2027 plan: a clear three-to-five year vision, three or four annual macro goals with the math behind them, the handful of leading indicators each area of your business needs to track, and the two to four initiatives that will close the gap between where you are today and where you want to be. You'll leave with a quarter-by-quarter roadmap ready to take back to your leadership team.
Seating is capped at 12 so every owner gets real attention and real feedback on their plan.
What You'll Build
We start at the top of the Planning Pyramid with your vision and your Freedom Point, the enterprise value your business needs to reach so that working becomes a choice. From there we work down into annual macro goals, then into the KPIs that tell you weekly whether you're on track, then into prioritizing the few initiatives that deserve your team's energy, and finally into an implementation roadmap with owners, timelines, and a communication plan.

Who Should Attend
Owners and CEOs of service businesses in roughly the $1M to $25M range who want 2027 to look different from 2026. If you have a leadership team, you'll leave with a plan built to be co-created with them. If you're still leading everyone yourself, you'll leave with a plan that starts getting you out of the bottleneck.
What to Bring
Your 2025 and year-to-date 2026 financials (revenue, gross margin, net profit), any KPIs you currently track, and a laptop or notebook.
