You’ve got the basics. Now let’s make them come alive!
Adult Mandarin Novice II is designed for learners with at least one year of Mandarin foundation who are ready to move beyond basic phrases and into real, flowing conversation.
This is not a beginner-from-zero class. It’s the next step for adult learners who want to become more comfortable using Mandarin in everyday situations.
WHAT YOU’LL PRACTICE
• Chatting with your boss or colleagues in Mandarin
• Making weekend plans with friends
• Describing dishes and foods you love
• Calling a clinic
• Asking a neighbor for help
• Participating in bilingual community cultural events
Lessons use lively dialogue, practical scenarios, and useful vocabulary to help turn what you already know into what you can actually use.
