As one of the first female General Managers in the West Coast League, Stephanie has broken barriers in professional baseball and continues to inspire others to lead with courage, resilience, and purpose.
Our 2026 theme, "Women Leading Boldly in Spaces Where They Have Historically Been Underrepresented,” celebrates those who are paving the way for future generations.
