About this Event
2026 York County 4-H Mystery Bag Presentation Contest
What's in your mystery bag? Let your creativity take the lead!
Get ready for a fun and unexpected public speaking challenge! The York County 4-H Mystery Bag Presentation Contest gives youth an opportunity to practice presentation skills, think creatively, and build confidence in a supportive 4-H environment.
Each participant will receive a mystery bag containing three random everyday objects. After opening their bag, participants will have 10 minutes to prepare a 2–4 minute presentation incorporating all three objects.
Will they invent a new product, demonstrate something unusual, or tell an imaginative story? That's up to them!
This contest is designed to help youth strengthen their presentation skills while having fun and preparing for the annual 4-H Presentations Contest in December.
