Settle in to Winter with other women for a night of connection, storytelling and yoga at the 2026 Winter Solstice!About this Event
On December 19 from 3-7pm, I will host my annual Winter Solstice Retreat. We’ll begin with a welcoming winter tea and time for real-life, real-world connection. Next, you’ll be guided through a relaxing yoga practice: flow to nidra. After yoga, you’ll have the opportunity to tell your own beautifully flawed story, and listen to those of the women around you. We'll end the evening with a candle ceremony around the Yule altar. You will leave feeling fully empowered to take on the season ahead, and uplifted from the women you've connected with!
