About this Event
Join WINTER for an unforgettable evening celebrating courage, opportunity, and transformation at our 2026 Gala, The Power of Possibilities. Guests will enjoy cocktails, networking, dinner, dancing, inspiring success stories, and special recognitions honoring the women breaking barriers in the construction industry and the partners who support their journeys.
For nearly four decades, WINTER has empowered women with tuition-free training, mentorship, and pathways into sustainable, high-wage careers in the trades. This special evening brings together community leaders, labor partners, employers, advocates, and supporters to celebrate resilience, economic empowerment, and the life-changing impact of creating opportunities for women across our communities.
Together, we will honor the power of possibilities and invest in brighter futures for generations to come.
