REQUIREMENTS
You are eligible to participate in the Toys For Tots program in Washington County if you have children that:
- are 12 years of age or younger.
- participate in a state, federal or assisted school lunch program.
Please bring the following items for verification when you register:
Identification and at least one of the following for each child:
- Health insurance/medical card
- Access card
- Free lunch authorization (for example, a letter from the school)
