We invite you to join us for the fourth annual UVA Conference on Ethical AI in Business, organized by the LaCross Institute for Ethical Artificial Intelligence in Business at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. This day-long gathering will gather UVA faculty, students, alumni and leaders from business, technology and policy to explore the promise, challenges and ethical implications of AI.
This year’s conference, The AI Readiness Imperative: Preparing People & Organizations for Responsible AI, will explore how the accelerating adoption of AI tools and autonomous agents presents new challenges and unique opportunities for leaders as they build and manage their organizations. At the 2026 UVA Conference on Ethical AI in Business, we will come together to discuss key AI advancements and safety concerns impacting organizations, share emerging research and trends, and explore how leaders can leverage AI effectively and responsibly to deliver value for all stakeholders.
