For 15 years, TPAS has brought alumni and recovery professionals together to strengthen alumni engagement across the field. In 2026, we’re celebrating with a refreshed Collaborative experience—new learning tracks, dynamic workshops, and our signature Open Space model that puts your real challenges and ideas at the center.
This Collaborative is for alumni professionals at every stage—new, seasoned, and leadership-level—who want practical tools, meaningful connection, and clear strategies to succeed in their work. You’ll gain resources, education, and peer support to help you build ethical, sustainable, and impactful alumni programs.

Pricing includes:

Participants will be responsible for arranging their own accommodations at the hotel. You are welcome to stay at any nearby hotel or commute. The registration ticket is for the event. Select meals are included with registration. Please contact us with any questions!

The Serra Retreat Center has been our home since 2012. The launch of our signature event, the Collaborative. When people hear Malibu, they think "fancy" we think a unique gathering space for alumni leaders to connect, share ideas and come away inspired to built strong alumni communities.
