On September 17, veterans, transitioning service members, and military-connected job seekers will have the opportunity to connect directly with recruiters and HR professionals, learn more about career opportunities across the Texas Medical Center, explore current openings, and apply for positions with participating institutions.
Participating TMC Member Institutions include UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, Harris Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, Houston Methodist, Baylor College of Medicine, St. Luke's Health, UTHealth Houston, Rice University, and additional partners.
Career opportunities will vary by organization and current hiring needs. Examples of roles that may be available include:
- Clinical healthcare roles: Medical assistants, technicians, nursing positions, and other patient-care opportunities
- Nonclinical healthcare roles: Healthcare administration, administrative support, human resources, supply chain, logistics, operations, and other professional positions
