Swap+Shop Community PopUp is a decluttering market where individuals can sell clean, preloved items — and exchange directly with fellow registered participants. It is not a ukay-ukay sale. It is a structured community exchange.
We welcome:
• Individuals cleaning out their closets
• Families letting go of books, toys, home décor, and extra household items
• Hobbyists releasing collections they no longer use
• Local artists decluttering art tools and unused materials
• People moving homes and clearing space
You may sell:
Clothes, shoes, bags, books, art supplies, small gadgets, kitchenware, home décor, toys, stationery, and other clean, usable items.
Important Clarification on Swapping: Swapping is only allowed among registered sellers. If you want to swap items, you must reserve a seller slot. This keeps the exchange fair, balanced, and intentional. Walk-in visitors may shop, but only registered participants may initiate swaps.
This ensures:
• Everyone contributes items
• Exchanges remain mutual
• The space stays organized and respectful
Why Join as a Seller?
• Free up space at home
• Earn from items you no longer use
• Swap with other registered participants
• Support a circular, low-waste lifestyle
• Meet a community that values practical sustainability
