We recommend families coordinate clothing colours for the best photos. Denim and neutral tones such as off white, cream, beige look especially effective! Different shades of pink will great with this years set.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION *** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
• Bookings: All visits require online booking to manage numbers and reduce queuing. Sessions are first-come, first-served.
IMPORTANT – BOOKING TRANSFERS: Please note that a $10 administration fee applies to all booking transfers and refunds, including bookings made for the incorrect date.
MAXIMUM 8 PEOPLE PER BOOKING
Please note that a maximum of 8 people is permitted per booking, as per our business Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).
Grandparents are, of course, more than welcome to join your family photos! However, if you are attending with two or more separate families, you must make a separate booking for each family.
We are always happy to capture a beautiful group photo of everyone together, but each family must have their own booking to allow enough time for individual family photos as well.
Our photo sessions run on a very tight schedule, and additional families arriving under one booking can cause delays for everyone booked throughout the day.
This year, we will be strictly enforcing our booking policy, as outlined in our business T&Cs, to ensure every family enjoys their experience and all sessions run smoothly and on time.
Please be aware: If multiple families arrive under a single booking, additional booking fees will apply for each extra family, in accordance with our business T&Cs. These fees must be paid on the day before the photo session can proceed.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep everything running smoothly and creating a magical experience for every family.
• Location: This year’s Santa experience will be held at InterContinental Sydney Double bay
Walk through the main entrance of the hotel and go up the stairs. Pass reception and follow the signs to the Santa Pic room.
• Photography: Our in-house photographer will review all images, and photos will be emailed to you during the week.
• Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be made at least 7 days prior to your session. Refunds requested less than 7 days before your booking will not be considered. $10 administration fee applies.
• Missed Sessions: If you or anyone in your group misses a pre-booked session, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. The session will not be rescheduled, and no refunds (partial or otherwise) will be issued.
• Parking & Arrival: Parking in the area can be challenging. Plan to arrive early and enjoy a coffee, cocktail, or bite to eat before your session.
