The Rural Mental Health Conference 2026 brings together practitioners, leaders, lived experience advocates, researchers and policymakers working across regional, rural and remote Australia.
RMHC26 is focused on one central question:
What actually works in rural mental health, and how do we implement and sustain it?
Across three days, delegates will explore practical service models, workforce sustainability, suicide prevention, digital and hybrid care, community-led initiatives and culturally responsive approaches grounded in real rural contexts.
The Gold Coast provides a central, accessible location that allows rural voices from across Australia to come together, connect and strengthen systems nationally.
