About this Event
It's our fourth year honoring the people who Do the Most Good in our communities. This year, the Radical Leadership Awards are about celebrating what it means to be a Minnesotan — the instinct to show up for one another.
During Operation Metro Surge, we watched everyday people step for their neighbors: driving carpools, dropping off groceries, covering rent, standing watch, showing up at the Capitol, and creating art that gave language to what our communities were feeling. None of them did it for recognition. This event is our chance to name that work as leadership.
We're distributing $25,000 in grant funding — $1,000 each to 25 individuals — nominated by community selection partners: The Coven, Saint Paul & Minnesota Foundation, Women's Foundation of Minnesota, and Unidos.
