❄️🎢 FYE COASTERS 2026 MYSTIC TIMBERS POLAR PLUNGE! 🥶🎢WHO’S READY TO GET FREEZING COLD AND RIDE SOME COASTERS?! 🥶🔥
It’s that time of year again! The Fye Coasters Mystic Timbers Polar Plunge is BACK for 2026, and we’re ready to make this one bigger and better than ever!
📅 WHEN: Saturday, December 12, 2026
📍 WHERE: Kings Island – Mystic Timbers Plaza
🕒 MEET-UP TIME: 3:00 PM
🎄 WINTERFEST HOURS: 12 PM – 10 PM
🥶 WHAT IS THE POLAR PLUNGE?
First time joining us? Well, HELLO THERE! 👋
We’re just a bunch of like-minded roller coaster enthusiasts who get together during WinterFest to ride Mystic Timbers in SUMMER ATTIRE!
That’s right! We’re talking:
☀️ Shorts
👕 T-shirts
🎽 Tank tops
🩴 Sandals (where permitted)
The sky’s the limit! Well… as long as you’re following Kings Island’s dress code and ride safety rules! 😂
While everyone else is bundled up in winter coats, hats, and gloves, we’ll be walking around like it’s a beautiful 85-degree summer day!
🎢 HERE’S THE GAME PLAN!
📸 3:00 PM – GROUP PHOTO!
We’ll all meet in the Mystic Timbers Plaza and gather for our annual group photo in front of the Mystic Timbers sign!
🥶 TIME TO TAKE THE PLUNGE!
After our photo, we’ll head into the queue together while everyone around us looks at us like we’ve completely lost our minds! 😂
Our goal EVERY YEAR is to FILL AT LEAST ONE ENTIRE TRAIN with Polar Plunge participants! If we can fill TWO or MORE, EVEN BETTER!
🎥 STATION PHOTO/VIDEO!
Once we make it up to the station, we’ll try to grab a group photo or video to capture the moment, as long as park staff permits!
🍔 DINNER & HANGOUT!
After we’ve survived the plunge, let’s grab some dinner together! We can head over to Brewhouse or decide as a group where we’d like to eat.
🎄🚨 NEW FOR 2026! 🚨🎄
With WinterFest now scheduled to operate SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS FROM 12 PM TO 10 PM, we’re switching things up!
We’re doing the Polar Plunge EARLIER in the day this year, so hopefully it’ll be just a LITTLE warmer! 😂☀️
And here’s the best part…
WE CAN MAKE AN ENTIRE DAY OUT OF IT!
Feel free to join us when the park opens at NOON, hang out with fellow coaster enthusiasts, enjoy the rides, food, shows, and Christmas lights, and stay all the way until closing!
Let’s have ourselves a JOLLY OLE TIME! 🎅🎄
❤️ EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
Whether you’ve been joining us for years or this is your very first Polar Plunge, we would LOVE to have you!
Come meet new friends, reconnect with old ones, make some memories, and enjoy one of the most ridiculous and FUN traditions of the WinterFest season!
⚠️ A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
* A valid Kings Island admission ticket or season pass is required.
* All participants must follow Kings Island’s rules, dress code, and ride safety requirements.
* Participation is completely optional. Dress for the actual weather and your comfort, and bring warm clothing to change into afterward.
* The event is weather-dependent, and Mystic Timbers must be operating.
* Fye Coasters is not affiliated with Kings Island or Six Flags Entertainment Corporation in any way, shape, or form. This is an independently organized enthusiast meet-up.
SO… WHO’S TAKING THE PLUNGE WITH US ON DECEMBER 12?! 🥶🎢
Hit GOING, invite your coaster buddies, and let’s see how many trains we can fill this year!
