Registrations are now open for the 2026 Perioperative Medicine SIG meeting, "From Foundations to Frontiers", to be held 26–28 November at Crowne Plaza. We look forward to welcoming you to Tasmania and to nipaluna (Hobart).This year's program reflects the breadth of perioperative medicine, bringing together perspectives from surgery, anaesthesia, geriatrics, general medicine, nursing, allied health, consumers and healthcare leaders. From delirium and prehabilitation, to quality improvement, digital innovation and the future of perioperative care, the meeting explores both the foundations of good care and the opportunities that lie ahead.
