Peace Lutheran Ministries is accepting orders for its famous apple pies, crisps and crusts. Items must be pre-ordered. They will be ready to bake immediately upon pickup Saturday, Nov. 7, at the church, or may be frozen up to a year (instructions are included). Crumble Top 10-inch Pies are $13 for one, or $25 for two or more; 9-inch Apple Crisps (same as the apple pie but with no bottom crust) are $10; and 10-inch Pie Crusts in Tin are $3. Order pickup is 11am-1pm Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Peace Lutheran Church main entrance off Adams, at 3427 Adams Ave. in Saginaw. Buy plenty to cover Thanksgiving, Christmas and your random weeknight cravings! Proceeds benefit the Peace Lutheran School PTL. The order deadline is Sunday, Nov. 1.
