The AGM and Conference will take place at The Chateau Nova Hotel in Yellowknife, Tuesday, November 3 to Thursday, November 5.
The Dinner and Celebration will be held at The Explorer Hotel the evening of Thursday, November 5.

AGM Voting:
Regular and Associate Members in good standing as of July 31, 2026 may vote in Board elections and AGM matters. The AGM is free for members (no ticket required). The conference requires a paid ticket.
