Norfolk, we’re taking Halloween to the water this year.
Come out with us for a night of costumes, good music, great food, and a whole lot of fun aboard the Spirit of Norfolk. Whether you're coming with your significant other, your friends, or just looking to have a good time, this is one Halloween night you don't want to miss.
And yes, we want to see some real costumes this year. Don't just throw on a mask and call it a day. Come dressed to impress.
HERE'S WHAT WE GOT PLANNED
- A yacht decorated for Halloween with a spooky but classy atmosphere.
- A costume contest. Come ready to win.
- DJ playing Hip Hop, Afrobeats, Reggae, R&B, and Latin music.
- A full buffet so you can enjoy the night without worrying about finding food.
- Tarot readers, mystery guests, and a few surprises along the way.
THE FOOD
We're serving up a real buffet with chicken wings, BBQ beef, noodles, vegetables, dip, donut holes, brownies, and more.

General Boarding: 11:00 PM
Cruise Departs: 11:30 PM
Return to Dock: 1:30 AM

Parking is available at Town Point Garage, Waterside District Garage, and other downtown garages near the dock. Give yourself enough time to park and get aboard. Don't be that person running down Waterside at the last minute.

For decades, the Spirit of Norfolk has been part of the waterfront experience, bringing people together for dining, dancing, entertainment, and beautiful views of the city from the water. Now we're bringing our own Halloween celebration aboard for a night to remember.

This is a 21+ event. You must have a valid ID to board. No ID, no boat.
