💰 TOURNAMENT FEES
A Flight
$50 first event
$35 each additional event
All Other Flights
$40 first event
$25 each additional event
🥇 Medals will be awarded to 1st Place, 2nd Place, and Consolation Winners for ALL flights.
🧒 JUNIOR FLIGHTS
We are excited to introduce Junior Flights for this tournament!
U11 — Players under 11 years old
U15 — Players under 15 years old
Junior players must meet the age requirement for the flight they enter.

Registration: 7:00 AM� Matches begin: 8:00 AM
We will begin calling matches at 8:00 AM sharp on both days.
🏸 BIRDIES
Falcon Gold birdies will be provided for all A Flights and Junior flights.
Players in B, C, D, E must provide their own birdies.
Feather birdies must be used.
📝 REGISTRATION & WAIVER
Each player in a doubles partnership MUST submit a separate online entry. Please make sure partner names match.
All participants must sign a waiver before playing. Waivers will be available at the registration desk on tournament days.
Participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian signature.
Late sign-ups are NOT guaranteed a spot in the tournament. Please email us regarding late registration availability.

🆕 SCORING FORMAT — 15 POINTS!
⚠️ NEW FOR THIS TOURNAMENT!
All regular matches will use Rally Scoring — Best 2 out of 3 games to 15 points.
Players must win by 2 points. The game is capped at 21 points.
ALL Consolation matches, including Consolation Finals, will be ONE game to 15 points, win by 2, capped at 21.
Intervals & Changing Ends
When the leading score reaches 8 points, players may take a 1-minute interval.
There will be a 2-minute interval between games.
In the third game, players will change ends when the leading score reaches 8 points.
Coaching is allowed during intervals ONLY.
⚠️ FLIGHT & EVENT RULES
Players may participate in a maximum of:
4 flights on Saturday
2 flights on Sunday
🚫 NO JUMP FLIGHTS
Players may not skip a flight level to enter a higher flight.
E Flight Rule:�Winners of ANY E Flight event are permanently ineligible to participate in any future E Flight events.
Multiple Partners
Multiple partners are ALLOWED.
Women may sign up for Men’s Flights, but men may NOT sign up for Women’s Flights.
A mixed-gender pair may NOT enter a regular Men’s or Women’s Doubles flight together.
⚖️ PLAYER LEVEL & FLIGHT PLACEMENT
The Tournament Committee reserves the right to move players or teams to a different flight based on their skill level.
If we determine that you are registered in an inappropriate flight, we will attempt to notify you by text or email.
If you do not respond, your team may be moved or removed without your consent.
The Tournament Committee also reserves the right to disqualify any player or team determined to be competing below their appropriate skill level, including after registration if the issue was not discovered before the tournament draw was released.
