- 🔸 Our café will be open throughout the event, serving hot drinks and food.
- 🔸 Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's safety and supervision at all times.
- 🔸 Please be aware that photographs will be taken at the event for use on our social media channels. Do let a member of staff know if you would prefer not to be included.
- 🔸 We kindly ask that you read the Soft Play Rules before attending.
Soft Play Rules:
- Parents and guardians must remain on the premises at all times. All children must be accompanied at all times.
- Shoes must be removed before entering the soft play. Socks must be worn at all times. Jewelry should be left with adults.
- It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or system structure. All accidents should be reported to staff.
- Balls or objects in the play area should not be thrown. Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated.
- Playing equipment is designed for children under six. Adults take liability for damage to equipment used inappropriately.
- For the safety of all our customers, Two Plus reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a family to leave for unruly behaviour or failure to abide by the rules.
