Info: Building a circular economy, where we prioritize keeping materials at their highest value and in use for as long as possible, is a key tenet for creating resilient local communities. This concept stretches across areas from food recovery, composting, to the very buildings we live and work in. Our natural resources feed, clothe, house, and keep us safe as we face growing uncertainty in the face of climate change. Come join us for an evening celebrating Longmont’s sustainability leaders and hearing from Boulder’s Circular Economy Policy Advisor, Emily Freeman, on the opportunities to create and empower a circular economy across Boulder County.
